therefore, for as long as the big superpowers USA, Russia, China, France and the other big countries are ruled by presidents, their favorite system for other countries will be presidential or maybe if needed a power sharing agreement between a president and a prime-minister. they will always try to shape other countries copying theirs and so it can be concluded that the directorial system, as the Helvètes know it, doesn't have the favors of international diplomats, who have learned in university that presidents are strong, and councils weak. - what a corrupt classification ! - maybe or probably even Swiss diplomats think such. i can't explain to myself otherwise why the Swiss as peacemakers don't propose more often a collegial approach to ruling multicultural countries. at least you never hear about it.
